Elton is an AHPRA-registered physiotherapist with 27 years of clinical, occupational rehabilitation and workplace injury experience. He is a WorkSafe Victoria Independent Medical Examiner (IME) and provides independent expert witness opinions in workplace injury and medico-legal matters.
His background includes senior physiotherapy leadership, occupational rehabilitation, complex injury management, functional assessment and medico-legal work. This experience means his assessments consider both the individual worker and the physical demands of the workplace.
