Who instructs
Instructing solicitors, insurers and medico-legal agencies seek opinion on whether systems of work, risk controls and workplace health and safety arrangements were adequate for the physical work in issue. WorkSafe-related matters may be instructed directly or through your preferred medico-legal agency.
What you receive
The output is an independent expert report addressing your questions on systems of work, hazard identification, risk assessment, hierarchy of controls, training and supervision as they relate to the physical work and injury circumstances described in the brief.
